  • We care about work-life balance! We give time off to recharge and to not miss life's special moments! But don't take our word for it!

    In our Great Place to Work survey, 97 percent strongly agreed or agreed that "I am able to take time off from work when I think it's necessary."

    We observe all 11 Federal Holidays and close our office. For Vacation PTO, our staff accrues 15 days their first year, and 20 days thereafter. There are 5 sick PTO days. Altogether, our staff enjoys 31 days off their first year and 36 days off thereafter. This does not include "Windsor Days."

    Windsor Days are additional days that we give off to our teams to enjoy their times with their families (i.e. the day after Christmas, the day after Thanksgiving, etc.). We understand that moments with family are to be treasured. These are not guaranteed to be offered on an annual as we will assess the needs of the business!

  • We train our team! We believe that the success of our team depends on the education and resources we give our team.

  • We give back to our communities! We have volunteer events that we participate in every quarter!

  • Our growth has been organic! We have grown 100 percent through word of mouth! We invest in our team so they can then invest in our clients! Happy clients have refer other happy clients!

  • We are also female founded and owned! We are recognized as the Top 100 Female-Owned San Francisco Businesses by the San Francisco Business Times – for the last three years (2022, 2023, 2024). And we are fiercely dedicated to continuing to build a team that will push you to grow. We look for individuals fearless enough to redefine property management. At Windsor, we don't fear change, we run towards it.

We’ve Welcomed a New Director of Operations to the Team.

We’re excited to announce the addition of a new Director of Operations to the Windsor Management team! Our former Director of Operations, Juli Carey, has retired after successfully building out the team for the last decade! We are excited to promote Stephanie Boone, a former Operations Coordinator, to the role.  Bringing a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives, she will play a key role in streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and driving our continued growth. We’re thrilled to have their leadership and expertise as we work together to achieve new milestones.
