    In our Great Place to Work survey, 97 percent strongly agreed or agreed that "I am able to take time off from work when I think it's necessary."

    We observe all 11 Federal Holidays and close our office. For Vacation PTO, our staff accrues 15 days their first year, and 20 days thereafter. There are 5 sick PTO days. Altogether, our staff enjoys 31 days off their first year and 36 days off thereafter. This does not include "Windsor Days."

    Windsor Days are additional days that we give off to our teams to enjoy their times with their families (i.e. the day after Christmas, the day after Thanksgiving, etc.). We understand that moments with family are to be treasured. These are not guaranteed to be offered on an annual as we will assess the needs of the business!

  • We train our team! We believe that the success of our team depends on the education and resources we give our team. We have company wide monthly trainings!

  • Our growth has been organic! We have grown 100 percent through word of mouth! We invest in our team so they can then invest in our clients!

  • We are female founded and owned! We are recognized as the Top Woman-Owned San Francisco Businesses by the San Francisco Business Times – for the last four years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). Shelby Decker – Local Hero

Last night, a mama duck and her 13 ducklings were stuck in a pool at a property we manage. Tenants were calling. A vendor was dispatched. The vendor had no luck getting the ducklings out.

That’s when Shelby Decker, Windsor’s Property Operations Coordinator, animal lover, and now local hero, stepped in. She went into the pool herself to rescue them. We’re proud of Shelby and proud to have her on the team. Click Link Here to read what people are saying!
