  • We train our team! We believe that the success of our team depends on the education and resources we give our team. We have company wide monthly trainings!

  • We care A LOT about investing in our teams! With 100% staff participation, we have received our Great Place to Work Certification. This highlights the strong sense of community, support, and shared purpose that make our workplace truly exceptional.

  • We hire the best talent—wherever they are. Our priority is having the best people on our team - not just within a 10 mile radius of our headquarters - but the best in the country and the world. By being a remote first company, our only limitation to the best is simply a WiFi connection.
Our team spans across state lines and globally.

  • We are committed to the well-being of our team! We offer a comprehensive package covering Medical, Vision, Dental, Disability, 401k, and Life Insurance! Medical coverage includes an HRA card! We also offer an FSA-Traditional and an FSA-Dependent plan!

  • Our growth has been organic! We have grown 100 percent through word of mouth! We invest in our team so they can then invest in our clients!

  • We are female founded and owned! We are recognized as the Top Woman-Owned San Francisco Businesses by the San Francisco Business Times – for the last four years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). We are also recognized as Top 100 Fastest Growing Bay Area Companies for the last four years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), earning us a spot in the SF Business Times Honor Roll.

  • We LOVE to celebrate! 97% of our staff agreed that "People celebrate special events around here" in our Great Place to Work Survey! We create both in-person and virtual opportunities and events for our team to bond!

  • We give back to our communities! We have volunteer events that we participate in as a company!

Testimonial

“When I applied to Windsor Management, I could have never envisioned the growth and opportunities that would be presented to me. Today, my set of skills is almost unrecognizable in comparison to where I was when I started at Windsor. The company drew me in instantly, jumping at the opportunity to work at such a successful woman-owned business. The connections that I have made with the incredible team that makes up this company are irreplaceable. I had worried about working with a team whose experience trumped mine so much, but I have only had amazing experiences with welcoming people who were eager to help me grow."

Shelby Decker – Local Hero

Last night, a mama duck and her 13 ducklings were stuck in a pool at a property we manage. Tenants were calling. A vendor was dispatched. The vendor had no luck getting the ducklings out.

That’s when Shelby Decker, Windsor’s Property Operations Coordinator, animal lover, and now local hero, stepped in. She went into the pool herself to rescue them. We’re proud of Shelby and proud to have her on the team. Click Link Here to read what people are saying!
