Windsor. The name evokes thoughts of enduring royalty and timeless stability. For me, it was simply the street where I grew up—a personal touch that reflects our unique approach. At Windsor, we strive to be that steadfast guide for our owners and their commercial holdings, offering the highest standards of responsiveness, detail, and professionalism.

Shelby Decker – Local Hero

Last night, a mama duck and her 13 ducklings were stuck in a pool at a property we manage. Tenants were calling. A vendor was dispatched. The vendor had no luck getting the ducklings out.
That’s when Shelby Decker, Windsor’s Property Operations Coordinator, animal lover, and now local hero, stepped in. She went into the pool herself to rescue them. We’re proud of Shelby and proud to have her on the team. Click Link Here to read what people are saying!

We’ve Welcomed a New Director of Property Operations to the Team.

We’re excited to announce the addition of a new Director of Property Operations to the Windsor Management team! Our former Director of Property Operations, Juli Carey, has retired after successfully building out the team for the last decade! We are excited to promote Stephanie Boone, a former Property Operations Coordinator, to the role. Bringing a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives, she will play a key role in streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and driving our continued growth. We’re thrilled to have their leadership and expertise as we work together to achieve new milestones.
