Last night, a mama duck and her 13 ducklings were stuck in a pool at a property we manage.
Tenants were calling. A vendor was dispatched.
The vendor had no luck getting the ducklings out.
That’s when Shelby Decker, Windsor’s Property Operations Coordinator, animal lover, and now local hero, stepped in. She went into the pool herself to rescue them.
