Leadership is the bedrock that makes our teams thrive. Our Accounting Manager provides strategic leadership by planning ahead to support Windsor’s growth and build for the future. They serve as a mentor and leader, fostering an environment where team members can learn, grow, and develop their own leadership skills. Our Accounting Manager works with our Directors of Property Management in order to create and provide the best training to our team. Our Commercial Portfolio Accountants work closely with our Portfolio Managers to manage cash flow projection and manage the preparation of annual budgets and CAM reconciliations. This is not a comprehensive list of how our Portfolio Accountants support our PMs.

Through the Accounting support of the financials, our Portfolio Managers can then focus on what they do best - providing excellence in what they do.

Our Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist provide guidance and strategic advice to our Portfolio Managers, helping to resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate financial reporting. Serving as the main point of contact for tenant billing inquiries, they work closely with property management and leasing teams to ensure seamless AR operations while proactively monitoring accounts and initiating collection procedures when necessary. Our Accounts Payable Specialist plays a key role in managing day-to-day payables and tenant chargebacks across our real estate portfolio. Working closely with Portfolio Managers, they help manage assets, owners, and tenants by ensuring seamless financial operations. Additionally, they communicate with vendors to resolve issues and perform other duties as assigned. This is not a comprehensive list of how our Accounts Payable Specialists supports our PMs.
