Our Operations Team are Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Chaos Coordinators. They provide excellence in what they do.

  • In your average Property Management company, you will have a Property Manager and a Assistant Property Manager. Windsor is not average. We have Subject Matter Experts (Operations Coordinators).

    We have a dedicated Operations team that are subject matter experts in what they do and the vendors that they work with. Each Operations Coordinator works with a specific category that they specialize in (i.e. Roofing, HVAC, etc.). Through specialization, they are able to advise and provide their expertise.

  • Since our Operations team are experts in a specific vendor (i.e. HVAC, Roofing, etc.), they create strong relationships with our local vendors. This means our vendors answer our calls first.

  • Vendors understand that a relationship with us means repeat business. This provides us Vendor Buying Power. It's a relationship where everyone wins.

  • We have grown across the Bay Area since 2009. We have created and established a reliable Vendor Network.

  • Since our operations team develops strong relationships, our vendors answer our calls first. This leads to speedier service and faster resolution to any problems.

  • Our owners have an entire Operations team on call during business hours to help with tenant needs and problems!

  • What separates us from on-site property managements is reliability. On-Site Property Managers may go on vacation, or be handling an issue with another tenant. This shifts their attention from being able to cater to their tenants. Our Operations team is always able to support even if the PM is on vacation. This prevents a lapse in customer service.

  • We do not stop training. Our Vendors come on-site to train our Operations team on common issues, and how to be add value to your asset. We invest in team so they can then invest in you.
